The winner of this package will receive a 2-4 hour comprehensive assessment evaluating the individual needs of your child with autism, from Advanced Neuro Connections.
The assessment may include the following based on your child's individual needs:
Parent interview
Initial Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA’s)
FAST-(Functional Analysis Screening Tool)
Vineland III
PDDBI (Pervasive Developmental Disorder Behavior Inventory)
Executive Functioning
Physical Fitness/Wellness
Baseline assessment of adaptive, social, communication, language, fine/gross motor, academic and play skills
