Learn to make cocktails from Chicago's craft distillery experts. From the hip to the esoteric, you’ll leave with a new set of techniques and knowledge to enhance your cocktail prowess. Whether an uncertain beginner or scholar of the craft, we’ll get you on your way to a better drink. All classes are taught by KOVAL staff or featured guest instructors. Cocktails will feature a few selections of KOVAL’s organic spirits, and class participants can enjoy a 10% discount on any KOVAL spirit purchased immediately following the class.

Established in 2008, Koval is the first craft distillery within Chicago's city limits since Prohibition. We source all of our grains, fruits, herbs, and flowers from the surrounding Midwest region, and we make all of our spirits in-house, entirely from scratch - from mashing to distilling, bottling to boxing.
