One (1) month of children's martial arts classes for any new student. Attendance is twice a week and a uniform is included! All new students are also given a 30 minute private session, which must be completed before attending class. These private sessions are by appointment only.

Kensho is a Zen term for an initial enlightenment / awakening or more literally a glimpse of our true nature. Day to day stresses can cause us to feel distracted and lose our confidence.
