Join Jessie (a current FTCNS Oaks parent) for a fun and interactive afternoon of Family Yoga! This class invites kids ages 3-5 years, FTCNS parents, siblings (3 years old and up), grandparents, and other family members to share in the joy of yoga.

Your afternoon will be spent stretching, moving bodies in space - both alone and working together to make some partner/family poses, along with breathing exercises, and relaxation. You can bring your own mat, or decide to practice on the floor, which is fine!  (Mats are not provided.) Wear comfortable clothes for movement so you can all twist, bend, extend, and jump!  You'll be planting seeds of yoga in curious little minds and connecting to your own inner child with this fun and playful event!

The cost for this class is $8/family member, and each spot is reserved for one person. So for one adult and one child, purchase two spots ($16). One adult and two children, or two adults and one child, purchase three spots ($24)...etc.
