Bidder is responsible for Shipping and Handling fee and any additional insurance, which will be added to the winning bid amount.  Bidder may be billed seperately for shipping charges depending on the item and location.  Items will be shipped via USPS and billed at standard industry rates.   Park Dale Lane Elementary will only ship within the United States.  No P.O. Boxes and no C.O.D.
