Dollop Bakeshop was born out of a desire to create a delicious, distinctive product. Our menu, created by head baker Axel Erkenswick features croissants, seasonal fruit muffins, scones and butter biscuits, cookies, fresh fruit turnovers, cinnamon rolls, as well as vegan and gluten free options. Our bake shop is located at the corner of Damen and Augusta in Chicago's Ukrainian Village, and doubles as a stunning sit down café with outdoor picnic tables.
