Have you ever wondered how your beer is made? Do you want to know what controls the amount of alcohol in the beer? Now is your chance to brew your own batch of beer. Pick any style you want and Brewmaster Bob will walk you through the process at his Old Irving Park home. You will brew two cases of beer to share amongst class participants.
