Description: 

Come learn to grill with a pro!  Everything you need to know about live fire cooking over oak, featuring a number of different types of grills.  Participants to agree on a style of cooking: Argentinian (asado), Persian (kebab/flatbreads), Japanese (yakiori), American BBQ (ribs/pulled pork), Spanish (tapas), or Eastern Mediterranean.  Four plus courses to enjoy and share with your invited guests after the Master Class concludes!  Food and beverages for the class/party are included, but bring a six-pack of your favorite craft beer to share!
