Star Union Spirits is a brand new craft distillery that will manufacture small-batch spirits from locally sourced fruits and grains. Founded by longtime winemaking friends, Bob Windy and Jeff Yosowitz, the distillery plans to have a public tasting room where visitors may view the entrancing copper still and the wonders of spirit distillation and production. Curious visitors may sample Star Union Spirits' delicious hand-crafted spirits along with artisanal cocktails created by the staff mixologist.

Star Union Spirits is offering a tour plus the following swag:

Brewery will open Summer 2018 and is located in Peru, Illinois. Donor is happy to share a list of recommended B&Bs in the area if winner wishes to make a weekend of it and visit nearby Starved Rock or Matthieson State Park.
