• 45-minute class taught by a certified instructor


• Shoes, towels and water bottle for each attendee


• Fresh fruit/snacks and use of our community room and/or outdoor patio is available for one (1) hour post-ride


• Date and time to be mutually agreed upon, outside of our regularly scheduled classes
