Special Instructions
- Costs of transportation to and from the port of embarcation, hotels, taxes, transfers, shore excursions, personal expenses on board (e.g. laundry, certain beverages, phone calls, etc) hotel service charges are NOT included.
- Holland American Cancellation Protection Plan, Protection Plan Platinum, Fly Cruise Plan, overnight hotel accommodations and pre-and post cruise packages are available for purchase by Guests holding a Cruise Certificate.
- Cancellation of a cruise after the cruise has been confirmed will result in the forfeiture of the Cruise Certificate unless voyage penalties are satisfied.
- The Cruise Certificate is non-commisionable, non-refundable, has no cash value and is non-transferable. Stateroom upgrades are commissionable. The Cruise Certificate cannot be resold.
- Original Cruise Certificate must be submitted to Holland American Line. No partial forms or Photocopies will be accepted.
