Shahbaz is a 12 year-old boy that is active and extremely ambitious. He is currently attending Lucent Children Academy, and lives with his father, Vakeel Khan, and his mother, Nasreen Bano.  When Shahbaz has spare time he enjoys reading books and playing football with his friends. He aspires to study medicine and become a doctor when he grows up so that he can give back to his community. It is only through your generosity that he will be able to achieve this dream!

The Kalandar community was once depended on the barbaric practice of dancing bears for sustenance. Wildlife SOS has eradicated this practice by offering the community an alternative livelihood.
