Visitors to the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum are greeted by the visual splendor of the courtyard garden and surrounding galleries—a feast for the senses.

Now is a particularly exciting time at the Gardner. They are pleased to welcome guests to their new wing by Pritzker Prize-winning architect Renzo Piano. Deisgned to be a work of art itself worthy of Gardner's original, the new wing has relieved pressure on the historic collection while enabling visitors to more deeply engage wth a legacy of enriching encounters with art, music, and horticulture. The new entrance to the museum is now through the new wing located at 25 Evans Way, facing the Evans Way Park.
