A unique and unforgettable evening at Russet.  Includes a pasta cooking class taught by Chef Andrew Wood.  The one and a half hour class for up to 10 people will be followed by a dinner of salad, pasta, and dessert.  Techniques to be taught incluse dough mixing, hand shaping, forming, and cooking.
