Square Pie is an eat-in/take-out Pizza and Pasta restaurant from Chef Gene Giuffi, owner of Cochon.

Born in Brooklyn, Giuffi came to Philadelphia twenty years ago to manage his Uncle's pizzeria.  He attended culinary school and opened the award-winning Cochon in 2007.  

Over the years, he missed the thick-crust, Sicilian-style Pizza of his youth. Square Pie takes Brooklyn-style thick pizza, and adds chef-inspired toppings like house-cured sausages and Berkshire pork. We also offer appetizers, pastas, and daily chalkboard specials.
