A round of golf for three at the "Top 100" Seth Raynor designed Mountain Lake Club golf course in Lake Wales, Florida provided by Flynn Board member, Leigh Phillips, and her husband, Peter Phillips. Ranked in the top 10 Raynor course by Links Magazine, Mountain Lake was founded in 1915 as one of Florida's first gated golf communities, and the course is a classic in every sense. GOLF Magazine included Mountain Lake as #93 in its 2015 Top 100 Courses in the U.S. ranking describing it as follows:

"This veritable museum piece of early Seth Raynor design is set into improbably rolling terrain in central Florida. There are likely 5,000 tougher courses in the U.S., fewer than five of them, however, enjoy Mountain Lake's charm, grace and timelessness."

It is considered one of Raynor's best, high praise considering his resumé includes classic tracks such as Chicago, Fishers Island, and numerous collaborations with legendary architect CB McDonald, including National Golf Links. 

The original design for the Mountain Lake community was done by Frederick Law Olmsted, Jr., who also designed the Colony House, which serves as a clubhouse and private hotel for the Club. The Bok Tower Gardens and Carillion, also designed by Olmsted, are adjacent to Mountain Lake. In 2016, Golfweek ranked Mountain Lake as #12 on its list of the Golfweek's Best Residentail Courses in the U.S. 

The round of golf will be scheduled at the mutual conveniece of the Phillips and the winning bidder between November 1, 2018- May 1, 2019 and includes greens fees and golf carts. Meals and other expenses are not included. However, if traveling more than two hours, the Phillips may be able to provide overnight accommodations, depending upon when the round of golf is scheduled.
