Student must redeem within 30 days of issuance. Redemption requires registering for the future course with a refundable $250 book deposit (students can get this back when they return their books at the end of their course). Students MAY transfer to a different course within the same year (including a different state other than Delaware or a different administration in the same state) without any further charge. Unused certificates will expire permanently 30 days after issuance.
