Description
Do you enjoy fermented foods and would you like to make them? Come gather at Rachel and Emily's house to taste all kinds of home-made ferments, and find out how to make them yourself. We will taste beet kvass, sauerkraut, fermented onions, carrots, a Korean kimchi, daikon and lentil dosa pancakes, hot off the griddle. And maybe a surprising sweet ferment as well!
