Description
Come learn how to create (and maintain) a wild yeast starter and the simple steps to make great naturally leavened bread.
I will have a few different loaves of homemade bread to sample while we work with the dough in different states of development, and you will go home with your own starter and a country loaf recipe with a list of ingredients and steps.
