Your family will enjoy a three-month membership at The Bay Club. Also included is a complimentary fitness assessment for each adult on the membership. This is a one-hour session with a certified personal fitness trainer who will create a customized fitness plan based on your specific needs. He/she will review your health history, help you establish individual fitness goals, and perform some assessments that inform the design and development of your workout plan. Your trainer will also instruct you on proper form and technique, and guide you through a workout session.

This introductory membership must begin within one year of the auction date.
This membership is not valid during the months of June and July.
Since this membership is a temporary membership, childcare will be available as a paid service. It also does not include access to any complimentary childcare hours typically allotted to a full family membership.
Auction passes may only be used by first time users. May not be redeemed by current members, or former Bay Club members who cancelled their membership.
Winner provided letter as proof of purchase to activate the membership. Current Bay Club members are not eligible to redeem this offer, and the Club is not responsible for honoring the value if purchased by a current member. However, this offer may be transferred to a non-member for use.
The value of this introductory membership does not include initiation fees. If membership is continued beyond three months, an initiation fee will be required. The initiation fee value is not resalable, refundable, or transferable.
The trial membership category of this letter does not include the ability to reserve Tennis or Squash courts.
