You've heard the rumors. It's fun. It's hard. It's addictive. It's life-changing. You'll get legs of steel, or at least a will of steel. Whether you are a committed follower, a newbie, or just Soul-curious, come join us for coffee and a group ride!

On Friday, May 4th, after school drop off, we will meet at Koffee Haus on Third Avenue in San Mateo for coffee and chatter. At 10:00 am, we will walk down the block to SoulCycle, where we will ride together for a 45-minute class starting at 10:15 am.

If you are new to SoulCycle, the instructors will walk you through the basics of how to ride successfully. If you're a regular at SoulCycle, enjoy the rhythms and beats that you are used to but with your Nueva friends!
