Description
Your party of eight will be led by an expert in Japanese food and culture who is ready and willing to help you learn everything required to make sumptuous meals!
Taking place at your home (in San Francisco or mid-Peninsula), Kyoko will teach you to make a homestyle Japanese dinner! She'll work with you on picking out a menu you and your guests will love.
After your cooking lesson, you'll sit down to enjoy your meal with sake pairings chosen to complement your dishes. You'll even receive a menu book to commemorate your special dinner.
Your evening includes:
- Two appetizers
- One soup
- One main dish
- One rice dish
- Three sake pairings
Kyoko of Gochiso Kitchen was born and raised in Shizuoka, Japan. She has worked as a chef in multiple restaurants in Tokyo, Japan, including "Hide" in Nishiazabu.
She also worked as a cooking teacher at Japan's most famous cooking school for many years before moving to San Francisco at the end of 2008.
