Our approach to our Pilates Reformer sessions through private sessions and group classes inspires the best version of yourself. Each of our instructors will challenge you to grow and achieve your optimal balance of strength, flexibility and overall health. We teach from a place of encouragement, inspiration, and shared knowledge. It is our goal through our several types of sessions and classes to offer something for everyone – whether you’re a beginner or Pilates veteran, a first-time expectant mother, or healing from an injury.

If you are unable to pick up on one of these days, your item will be shipped to you and your shipping/handling fee as listed within the item listing will be charged to your credit card. If shipping is requested, your winning bid total plus shipping/handling fees must be paid online within three days of auction close, and may take up to 5 business days for processing once payment has been received.
