At our Annual Vertical Tasting in January 2018, we tasted the 2004 and here are our notes: Well integrated aromas of cassis, carpaccio, blackberries and mint. Round, supple, soft on the palate with notes of milk chocolate, juniper berries, mint and cigar box add richness to the palate. After many blending trials, we added 5.5% Petit Verdot and 4.5% Malbec to this Cabernet. They gave increased depth and richness to the wine. It was bottled in August 2006.
