The bright blackfruit, blueberry and cassis are complemented by a juxtaposition of wood and metal shavings, creating a nice harmony. Toasty oak and grippy tannins round this out and topresent a solid collectable. Pairs well with grilled Bloody Mary tri-tip or pasta with wild boar ragu and shaved pecorino.
