Our Pinot Noir is bright ruby in color, and shows notes of cranberry orange marmalade, Bing cherry, candy cap mushrooms, vanilla bean and hibiscus tea on the nose. Silky tannins and a rich mouthfeel are balanced with crisp acidity and toasty oak for a long finish. The wine will improve for several years, and pairs well with roast salmon and any dish featuring wild mushrooms. It's impossible to exaggerate the yummy factor of this silky, fruity Pinot Noir. While it has pleasant acidity, it's the raspberry, cherry, cinnamon and brown-sugar flavors that make it so appealing to drink now.
