This "Teacher Wishlist" donation will be used to purchase two sets of bar magnets, which are ideal for teaching the magnetic lines of force in TMS's Physics Lab.
Bar magnets offer excellent temperature stability, high residual induction, and relatively high energies for years of experiments at TMS.
From Fred Kral, Physics teacher: "These are made to be the ideal size for physics students to map magnetic fields."
