Description

Ready for an exciting new culinary adventure?

Join Hala, Moon Room parent, as she shares with 4 adults the wonderful tastes, sights and smells of Lebanese cuisine. Come and discover the flair and flavor of three authentic dishes that are simple to make and always big crowd-pleasers.

During this three-hour lesson, Hala will teach you how to make:

Fattet Baytenjan: An eggplant casserole layered with pita chips, grilled eggplant slices and covered with a garlic and yogurt sauce. Sprinkled with toasted pine nuts and pomegranate on top for a tasty treat.

Kafta: Ground beef with onion and parsley mixed together, served with a parsley, sumac and tomato salad.

Hummus: The famous chickpea dip made with tahini, lemon juice, garlic and olive oil.

Following the lesson, the hummus and kafta will be enjoyed with some pita bread as one main meal.
