Winner will be featured on a future cover of NEPA Family Magazine, a bi-monthly regional parenting magazine with a circulation of 20,000 copies!
One (1) to three (3) children to be professionally photographed (in Back Mountain studio or at location identified by NEPA Family Magazine) for the cover of a 2018 or 2019 issue of NEPA Family Magazine.
