ROUND OF SPORTING CLAY SHOOTING FOR 4 PEOPLE AT HISTORIC ORVIS SANDANONA SHOOTING GROUNDS, MILLBROOK, NY

Spend a great morning or afternoon enjoying a round of sporting clay shooting for 3 or 4 people at the world renowned Orvis Sandanona shooting grounds in lovely Millbrook, NY, a short 2 hour 15 minute drive from Kingston.  Founded in 1907 with its main club house dating back to the time of Thomas Jefferson’s Presidency, Orvis Sandanona is the longest continuously operating shooting grounds in America and a beautiful destination for those who appreciate and enjoy the sporting life. 

You have the option for 3 shooters to join host and Sem Trustee Tony Berger, Class of ‘73, as his guest for shooting and lunch, or feel free to take an unhosted group of 4 for shooting on your own.  This package includes shooting fee and tip for the trapper, ammunition for 4 shooters and golf cart rental if you would prefer to ride.  All you need to do is get there and enjoy yourself.  guns are available to rent for those who need them.  Some experience with shotguns is advantageous but not required to get the most enjoyment out of this experience.  One certainly does not need to be a crack shot!
