Do you love books? Well, then this is the job for you! Spend the day with Mrs. Shick in the Sordoni Library and you will learn about the joys and challenges of working in a library. You will be quite busy checking out interesting books, checking in best-loved favorites, learning the tricks of the trade for book repair, processing new books, decorating the library book cases and bulletin boards, and of course, conducting story times for the younger children. Do this and more when you are “Librarian for the Day!” Nutritious treats will be offered and a gift bag of literary surprises for all of your hard work will be included!
