Tasting notes: 

Opening with beautiful aromas of toast, yeasty bread and roasted almond, the 2015 Estate Chardonnay in a classic Chardonnay style expands on the palate with a creamy texture and nice round mouthfeel. Flavors of lemon, pineapple and vanilla bean lead way to a soft, smooth finish. This wine is unfiltered and unfined.

Made from a single clone grown on a prized block of our Gran Val Vineyard, the 2015 Estate Pinot Noir immediately draws you in with its rich, alluring color and perfumed aromas of exotic red fruit, flowers, vanilla and nutmeg. On the palate, seamless tannins underscore the lush red fruit and spice flavors, with good acidity adding poise and length. The finish is long and complex, offering French oak-inspired hints of vanilla and woodsy spice.

Made exclusively using 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from our Hirondelle Estate Vineyard, the 2014 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon displays nuanced complexity. To capture the graceful essence of our estate vineyard, this wine was aged in the finest French oak barrels (60% new). Enticing aromas of clove, blueberry pie and just a hint of menthol lead way to complex red fruit flavors with bright acidity. The wine showcases toasted oak and fine tannins with a long, lingering finish.
