Wine Country CrossFit: On-Ramp Program, Six (6) classes
The On-Ramp Series is designed for the generally active, injury-free individual who wants to join our ongoing group CrossFit classes. In this 6-class series, you will be exposed to our movement curriculum in a group format. You’ll learn movement techniques and get a progressive introduction to the intensity levels of our group classes.
The On-Ramp Series meets three times a week for 2 consecutive weeks. We offer a morning On Ramp Series that meets Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 7.00AM-8.00PM. We also offer an evening On Ramp Series that meets Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6.30PM followed by Saturdays at 8.00AM.

Special Instructions
Winning bidders located in Northern California may pick up their items at Stone Bridge School in Napa from Tuesday, March 20 to Friday, April 6, 2018, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Note that the school will be closed for spring break from March 26 to March 30.) Items not picked up by April 6 will be mailed to the winning bidder, and purchaser is responsible for shipping and insurance costs. (Gift cards and gift certificates ship for free.)
Items purchased by bidders residing outside of Northern California will be shipped on or around Tuesday, March 20, unless you tell us that you do wish to pick up your item. Purchaser is responsible for shipping and insurance costs. (Gift cards and gift certificates ship for free.) Please contact us at sbspcauction@gmail.com by March 19 if you plan to pick up.
Stone Bridge School and SBS Parent Council are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.
