The winner of this gift certificate is entitled to both of the following:
- Ergonomic evaluations of up to 5 office workstations. Each 30-minute evaluation will include dialogue of concerns, equipment adjustments and recommendations. Reports generated upon request. Telephonic evaluations possible with photos sent prior. Face-to-face evaluations and training must occur within 75 miles of Napa, CA within the same 4-hour period.
- One 45-minute ergonomic awareness training session. Remote training via Zoom meeting available upon request.

Special Instructions
Winning bidders located in Northern California may pick up their items at Stone Bridge School in Napa from Tuesday, March 20 to Friday, April 6, 2018, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Note that the school will be closed for spring break from March 26 to March 30.) Items not picked up by April 6 will be mailed to the winning bidder, and purchaser is responsible for shipping and insurance costs. (Gift cards and gift certificates ship for free.)
Items purchased by bidders residing outside of Northern California will be shipped on or around Tuesday, March 20, unless you tell us that you do wish to pick up your item.
