Truly one of the best American Pilsners made right here in the Bay Area - Berkeley!
Ludicrously drinkable with dazzling subtleties throughout. Subtly spicy Noble hops lend this some nuance, help setting it apart from the pack - but it still has your traditional grassy hallertau character. Pilsner malt backbone. No off-flavours or faults. This is true to form fare.
Light-bodied. Crisp yet soft. Assertively carbonated yet not overcarbonated. Smooth. A bit dry, accentuating its scintilla of cracked grain.
A beer for all occasions, and a testament to the popularity of the pilsner style. This Austrian-American transplant would fool me in a blind tasting; it tastes exactly like the original (or, at least, my memory thereof). A classic that will please discerning drinkers and casual drinkers alike.

Winning bidders may pick up their items or certificates for items at Stone Bridge School in Napa from Tuesday, March 20 to Friday, April 6, 2018, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Note that the school will be closed for spring break from March 26 to March 30.) Items not picked up by April 6 will be mailed to the winning bidder, and purchaser is responsible for shipping and insurance costs. (Gift cards and certificates ship for free.)
