Dungeon Crawl - One Day of D&D Adventure for Youth

Item Number: 263
Time Left: CLOSED
Description
Walden dads Mike and Stu have been running table-top role playing games for a combined 70 years, and each will welcome a team of six Walden students from Upper Core to a one-day game of D&D. 12 slots are available and on game day Mike and Stu will split the kids into two groups balanced according to age and player ability.
The games will take place at Walden on Saturday June 2, 2018, starting at 10 am and lasting until 5 pm. Players will receive their own set of dice to keep, and will select from pre-built characters. Players only need to bring lunch, a pencil, and imagination. No prior table-top role-playing experience is required.
The game will involve the players working together as their characters to overcome challenges, vanquish foes in combat, creatively use magic, and ultimately succeed in their mission (or die a noble death while trying).
Adults are welcome as spectators but not players. Drop-off is also welcome (and encouraged).
Special Instructions
Upper core Walden students only (no older siblings or alumni).
Auction items will be available for pickup in the Walden Community Room on Tuesday, May 22, 2018 through Thursday, May 24, 2018 from 2:30PM - 5:30PM. If you can not pick up your auction item at that time and require shipping, additional charges will be applied.
