The Embodied Mama Program is an opportunity for the conscious mama to cultivate more balance, joy and magic in everyday life using the wisdom of the 5 elements. This online, 5-element, holistic self-care program provides practical tools and wisdom teachings that connect you to your empowered state of thriving wholeness. This program is for you if you find yourself always in “doing” mode, putting off your true happiness until the to-do list is complete, wishing there was more time in the day to take care of You, or feeling the toll of constantly putting the needs of others before your own. Customize The Embodied Mama online program with 2, 30 minute support calls by phone or video
Elemental Soul Purpose Astrology Reading, up to 60 minutes by phone or video call
Small group (up to 8 people) in-person yoga class, up to 60 minutes (location to be arranged by recipient and agreed upon by Christy)
Intuitive coaching and card reading session, up to 60 minutes by phone or video call (option to do this in-person and or small group, contact Christy to discuss)
