This 2-BR guest cottage is walking distance to the beach, Santa Monica pier, Promenade, and Main St shops.

The guest cottage comprises approximately 800 square feet (cozy with 10-foot-high ceilings in most rooms). It includes 6 rooms/areas:

1. Main Bedroom (15x15 sq ft) has a queen bed and dining table and 4 chairs.


2. Shower Bathroom has a sink, toilet, and walk-in shower. Ensuite to Main room.


3. Galley Kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is stocked with cookware, dining ware, and complimentary amenities.


4. Bunk Room (12x9 sq ft) holds a wood frame twin size over full size bunk bed.


5. Garden Lounge (10x10 sq ft) holds a daybed that is a twin size mattress, TV, and a folding table/desk.


6. Vintage Tub Room includes a clawfoot tub, sink, toilet, and lots of storage cabinets.

NOTE: There is no separate living or dining room. Max of four adults overnighting in the cottage. Maximum of 5 guests including children.
