Poland celebrates regaining 100 Years of Independence this year, and in honor Ewa will hand make her famous perogies, borscht and other fabulous Polish dishes. All vegetarian fare. As amazing as the food will be, we expect the conversation to be even better. We take inspiration from King Stanislaw who in the Golden Age would invite artists, intellectuals, architects, politicians and statesmen to the Royal Castle in Warsaw for dinner where literature, art and politics were discussed.
