Ready to get moving again after baby? Pilates Post Natal Springboard and Recovery gives you the chance to exercise safely while targeting the muscles most affected during pregnancy, childbirth, and mothering a little one. This class will gently and intelligently restore your body's strength and health through postpartum specific floor and springboard exercises combined with the Pilates principles of centering, breathing and flow. In this class we will specifically focus on: Pelvic floor strengthening and rehab Diastasis Recti education and correction Core muscle retraining Developing good posture for lifting, carrying, and feeding your new baby Increasing back and arm strength for bending and lifting your growing baby Improving conditioning and overall mental outlook Looking after your body and mind to give you more energy and strength for the challenges of being a new mom.
