2015 SUMMIT CREEK MAGNUM
The 2015 Summit Zinfandel opens with intense aromas of blueberry and cranberry that are beautifully framed with hints of dark chocolate and caramel. Aged exclusively on French Oak it is lively yet rounded with a delightfully long finish. Wonderfully balanced and drinkable now, this wine will continue to improve with age.
Opolo Vineyard is located at 7110 Vineyard Drive, boasts 80 acres of Zinfandel, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. The topographically diverse, coastal landscape provides for an intense and unique flavor profile. The heat and dryness of the east side vineyard make it an ideal microclimate for growing Bordeaux varietals. Home to 12 different varietals, the vineyard helps allows Opolo to create many unique wines as well as award winning blends.
At Opolo we believe a strong, cooperative relationship with the land and our environment is crucial. We practice sustainable methods in both the winery and vineyard operations in order to preserve our environment, water and local wildlife. Opolo is a “SIP” Certified operation as well as certified organic by “CCOF” in our 64 acre walnut orchard. We continue to be great stewards of the land and invite you to come to our vineyards and see our operations!

This item will be distributed ONLY during the week of April 30th, before and after school on Monday, April 30th, Tuesday, May 1st and Friday, May 4th. M&F: 8-8:30am and 2:30-3:00pm, T: 8-8:30am and 1:30-2:00.
