Hello! My name is Susan Ham and I'm a certified Pilates instructor as well as a lifelong fitness fanatic. I would love to meet you and work with you on a plan of attack to reach your fitness and health goals. Whether it's to lose weight, tone, increase flexibility and strength or to address any injuries or imbalances you might be experiencing. My goal is for you to feel great about you!

This item will be distributed ONLY during the week of April 30th, before and after school on Monday, April 30th, Tuesday, May 1st and Friday, May 4th. M&F: 8-8:30am and 2:30-3:00pm, T: 8-8:30am and 1:30-2:00.
