Both men are first generation Italian-Americans with an extensive (and delicious) collection of homemade Italian specialty recipes including their mouth-watering Soppressata. Gasper and Victor, and their families, have been making this cured Italian meat for casual family gatherings as well as holidays and special occasions for decades.
