Capoeira is a 500-year old Afro-Brazilian Martial Art that combines
elements of self-defense, dance and acrobatic movements to the rhythm of
traditional live music. Classes are in a group format and we work with
all levels. You will experience cardio and strength training in an
encouraging communal environment. Capoeira improves your strength,
