This place is essentially farm to flask; nearly everything they distill here is grown on site with their own varieties of corn and other mash ingredients. DeKalb is a short ride from most Chicago suburbs and it's well worth the trip out here. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and the tours are informative and fun.
