3 night rental is for Winter Sunday-Thursday excluding holidays OR 3 nights in the Fall, Spring or Summer (weekends are fine) excluding holidays.
$140 is cleaning fee is due upon booking. Mutual dates to be agreed upon and booking will be directly with owner.
