Revelation Breathwork is a transformational process that combines an ancient two-step breathing technique with contemporary, upbeat, positive music to create an incredible internal experience.
It is a simple, safe, and extremely effective process for experiencing breakthroughs and optimal wellness in your life.
Revelation Breathwork differs from most traditional meditation and mindfulness practices. It can be a very intense experience that most people report is unlike anything they've ever experienced before.
Classes are typically offered Sunday or Monday evenings (6:30pm or 7:30pm.)

Jason Amoroso, J.D., M.A., is a sports peak performance coach specializing in mental toughness, leadership development, and self-mastery. His clients have included professional and Olympic athletes, entrepreneurs, attorneys, artists, people healing from cancer and other illnesses, husbands and wives, mothers and fathers. He loves working with people going through major life transitions. Jason is a student of A Course in Miracles and resides in Los Angeles, California with his wife and four sons.
