Learn to make beautiful original fiber art by blending wool fiber or other animal fleeces and silk fabric into gorgeous wearable art using a simple wet-felting technique. Nuno means "cloth" in Japanese.
In this 3 hour private class, Melissa Stander, Felt Maker Extarordinaire, will teach you how to design and create your very own piece of custom blended fleece and silk cloth that can be used in any way you can imagine!
This class offers you the fundamentals of wet-felting, in general, and Nuno Felting, specifically. In just 3-4 hours, you can design and craft a beautiful piece of cloth to use in whatever way you desire! All materials including silk and wool are provided.
Special Instructions
This class is private for one person in their home or Melissa's home near the Del Rey campus. Other venues can be discussed and are gladly considered. If other people want to join the class (up to 2 extra), reasonable rates will apply.
**Please note - we will NOT be shipping any items. Be prepared to pick up any items you win, and are not able to pick up at the event, at our Del Rey school campus.
