What is Joymode?
Joymode’s mission is to help you do more (and have more fun!) while owning less. We deliver the products you need to have great experiences with family and friends, and we pick them up afterwards, too.

How do reservations work?
With Joymode, you reserve the experience that you’d like to enjoy. You can book your reservation on the same day you want the products, for a future week or weekend, or up to three months in advance if you’re a member. 

What is a Joymode experience?
Joymode experiences are made up of hand-picked products that we or a curator have chosen for maximum fun and enjoyment. With Joymode, you can choose an experience like camping, and we’ll provide you with all the products you need (example: tent, sleeping pads, a stove, headlamps, etc).

What does it mean to be a Joymode member?
Joymode members pay an annual membership fee, which unlocks exclusive member pricing on all bundles, letting you reserve experiences at less than 10% of what they would cost at retail. It also includes free delivery and pickup on every reservation.

Our membership program exists to ensure the quality of the products and their availability for our members. Members also enjoy other benefits, like early access to new experiences and special discounts when you select warehouse pick up & drop off.
