Enjoy a fabulous evening entertaining your friends, catered by Sonoma County's own, Jamilah Nixon of Forchetta/Bastoni and now Jam's Joy Bungalow. For this event Jamilah will work on creating a fun & delicious menu with emphasis on the style of food & flavors that suit the evening & the guests.

Jamilah has worked and traveled in the food industry for 25+ years. She grew up cooking creole & Mexican food with her grandparents, and has extensive knowledge of Italian cuisine & the Ca. farm to table movement. Jamilah helped open Lowell’s restaraunt in Sebastopol, then moved on to open the well loved Forchetta/Bastoni in the same town. For the past few years she has been working part time at Rocker Oysterfeller’s in Valley Ford, as well as doing private chef/catering on her own. She has just founded & opened an exciting new business-Jam’s Joy Bungalow- a hip, bright, bold food truck which represents the amazing and unmistakeable flavors of the California influenced South East Asian cuisine she is best known for.
